Cancellation Process
Anytime Cancellation
We believe in flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our support team. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund of all charges.
Pro-rata Refund Terms
For cancellations made after the initial 14-day window, we provide a pro-rata refund. This specifically applies to any fully unused months that have already been paid for in your billing cycle. Unused portions of a current month are not refundable.
